A classic chewy criss-cross peanut butter cookie made with creamy peanut butter, chopped roasted peanuts for a little crunch, and rolled in sugar. Savory. Sweet. Sooooo good.

preheat to 350 degrees. room temp ingredients. use a scale. organic is always preferable. don't melt your butter. add eggs one at a time. get an oven thermometer. whisk flour, salt, baking soda, and nonfat milk powder together. slowly incorporate into dough. keep in refrigerator overnight. be nice to the people at the grocery store. use a good mexican vanilla. experiment with the ratio and types of sugar you use. nothing wrong with adding more chocolate chips. bake for 12ish minutes. cool on a wire rack. be weary of people that don't enjoy homemade cookies.
